Your patients may write what they would never think of
telling you out loud. You should set up a suggestion box in your clinic in a
discreet location, where there should be printed forms next to it, with a pen,
that asks pertinent questions about the patient’s experience and individual
perspectives (do not ask for patient’s name, the form should be anonymous).
This will help preserve your clinic’s integrity and shows you what needs to be
improved to serve your patients better.
