Along with clinical sciences, osteopathy skills and business
management principles, I also want my students to be well versed in life
improvement skills. I spent a good portion of my lectures on self improvement
topics. Your thoughts make your reality. Improving your brain improves your
thoughts and brings you closer to achieving your goals. It takes five minutes a
day of meditation to improve your brain, decrease stress, improve health, and
increase your focus and creativity. To make it even more effective do the
meditation outside in nature. Nature is the key to creativity. And creativity
is a key to success.
