National University of Medical Sciences (Spain) is offering over a million dollars in gift to physiotherapists in Iran

Here is a copy of the free Kinesiology Taping seminar (valued at 300 EURO) given to 2000 physiotherapists who are attending the 26th annual physiotherapy congress of the Iranian Physiotherapy Association.

Should physiotherapists buy or rent?

Asset Protection Tip (from the 4^th Semester Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Business Management Course)

It is not recommended for physiotherapists to purchase the building their clinic is located at, in their own name or their clinic name. Instead they should open another company, preferably a numbered incorporation (Inc) or a limited liability (Ltd) that acts as an investment company. 

This new company can be in the name of the physiotherapist. The building (office) where the clinic is located can be purchased by this investment company. The physiotherapist then rents the space from the investment company and pays rent at a rent that is the market value in that area. This rent is tax deductible by the way.

NUMSS Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) student, Dr Dharm Pandey, one of the most distinguished physiotherapists in India, has received the “Significant Contribution Award” at the 53rd annual conference of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists that was inaugurated by the Minister of Health.

NUMSS Gift to Physiotherapists in Iran: 2000 Free DVDs

Free Kinesiology Taping Seminar Offered to 2000 Physiotherapists

This is the 50^th year anniversary of physiotherapy in Iran which coincides with the 26^th Iranian Annual Physiotherapy Congress held by the Iranian Physiotherapy Association on April 22 to 24, 2015. 

To celebrate this historic event, the National University of Medical Sciences (Spain) is offering 2000 free DVDs of its Certified Kinesiology Taping Therapy Continuing Education Program to Iranian physiotherapists attending this congress in Tehran. 

This DVD (valued at 300 EUROs each) was initially offered as a gift to NUMSS post professional DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) students in Iran. Due to its popularity the NUMSS board of governors has decided to offer it as a gift to all physiotherapists attending this congress. 

This gift of over a million dollars is a way for us to say thank you to all the physiotherapists in Iran who continuously work hard to elevate the profession.

به مناسبت پنجاهمین سالگرد فیزیوتراپی در ایران، دانشگاه ملی‌ علوم پزشکی‌ اسپانیا به ۲۰۰۰ فیزیوتراپیست در ایران که در بیست و ششمین کنگره فیزیوتراپی انجمن فیزیوتراپی ایران شرکت می‌نمایند یک عدد دیویدی سمینار کینسیولژی تیپینگ مجاناً اهدا خواهد نمود. شهریه این سمینار برای دیگران ۳۰۰ یورو می‌باشد

Semester 1, Year 1 (for physiotherapists with Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degrees)

Students with Master's or PhD degree graduate after two semesters after handing in a thesis. Students with a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy have to also complete semester 3 and 4.

Thesis

Each semester requires completion of approximately 60 essays. Final exams are in the multiple choice format. Practical technique classes are offered in 45 countries. 

Iran's National Health Insurance Plan Accepts NUMSS Program

We are happy to announce that the National Health Care Insurance Plan of Iran has accepted the manual therapy practical classes of the Post Professional DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) program of National University of Medical Sciences (Spain).

The payment system of physiotherapists in Iran is based on a ranking system. And this NUMSS program had a positive effect in increasing the ranking of our first DPT graduate in Iran, physiotherapist Dr Farjoud Shokouhi.
